i think there are good reasons to get an another chance. losing valas, one of the most dedicated twd server players would be bad thing for the overall playing level and atmosphere in the server.
is there an anti-valas principle or is syp the only kind admin here (im counting now on HIM dont betray valas)

I've read this discussion and perhaps as noticed taken myself some time to think. I would like to say that I may be one of few who feel sorry for you. It would though be a lie to say that there are no people who do not like you. Many people have triggered you to break rules but that is, and can never be an excuse. All shall be punished, no matter reason nor excuse.
With that said I must add that "a second chance" will be hard to give as we've already given you one. You have been banned before Valas, and we decided to give you an extra chance

Lastely I must say that there is not much I can do for you Valas, because firstly: Stahlhelm banned you, for very valid reasons. Which means that it is he and only him in the end that should unban you. A dicussion is of course always available and an investigation couldn't harm anyone. But secondly: I have nothing to argue with, there is nothing i can say. There are countless of reports of you breaking rules Valas, there are lots screenshots and if either I or Stahlhelm decided to go and search in your entire chat history from the first day you joined our server till the last. We would find a lot of violations.
I apologize for what it's worth but the decision has been made.
I hope we've treated your request as fair as possible, and we apologize in advance if the outcome may not have been in your interest.

yes there is no excuse for breaking the rules but the before mentioned reasons should be considered as mitigating circumstances
and for the first ban and unban.. i dont think it should be considered as a second chance because you admitted yourself that you 'made too quick judgement' which sounds like it is nicer choice of words for saying 'we made a mistake'
and after all what bad could happen for giving another chance? if nothing changes you can reban me and i will be gone forever rip valas rip

Before i get on to the topic i would like to adress, that the screenshot i've uploaded was made by me after i got complaints about you valas from several players. So after I've got the complaints, I directly went to our rootserver and checked out the last(!!!) messages you wrote before you left the server. So I didn't look for anything in the past, it just appeared on my screen as soon as i clicked on your chatlog.
And as I've already written above I'm not willed to unban you because of the following reasons:
1. You've broken the rules several times (And only did when no admin was online, who could directly ban you)
2. We've given you a second chance (And I really don't care if you consider the first unban as a second chance or not)
3. The complaints and screenshots came from several different people that are not connected with each other (No commonality like same clan, nationality etc.)
4. I really dislike your arrogant way how you behaved on our server and here on the forums. It's really not the correct way to behave if you want something from us.
So with that said, I wish you a nice future on another server, where you are allowed to flame as much as you want without getting banned.

1. i think i cant answer to this without getting myself into worse position
2. ok.. useless to make a yes-no debate about this but i disagree
3. but there are many things that link these people: they are annoying, always have something to comment and are often speaking disrespecfully to me (i believe i could name few of the complainers but lets not talk about this) and they all hate me. you could ask LEE so he could tell you how nice i am
4. well i dont think that your personal opinion about me should matter in this case where you should have a neutral baseline.(dont misunderstand this)
my writing style even in here when im trying to convince you to unban me is quite offensive and i apologise it but i find it quite hard to change my writing style because im not used to write on forums 'seriously' especially in english. in my language it might not sound so offensive, the small 'arrogant' things are ment to be some sort of joke but i have seen that most people dont understand them in the way im used to/i ment them and think that im being disrespectfulll (wow i have so long sentences, must be annoying to read) try to forget the writing style im trying to be humble
i have had this feeling from the beginning that everything what i say or do is useless because you made your decision before even considering it, giving no hope for ever getting unbann'd
i wouldn't be here complaining about this if there would be an another reasonable server

We (Syp and me) will not change our opinion for now. We will keep up the ban, so you realise what you have done. We can talk about an unban maybe in a few months. But there has to be punishment, otherwise people would take the server rules for a fool.
